The plan & design of the factory strictly follow the principle of high origin and high level.  From design to construction, from the layout of the workshop to the equipment selection are in strict accordance with the “drug production quality management norms” (revised in 2010).  Stream of people and logistics are separate, workshop process rational layout, all the equipments are selected from domestic advanced pharmaceutical machinery. Make the product quality obtained the powerful guarantee. 
All the production workshop, boiler room, power room, sewage treatment station, checkout room and warehouse are set separately. The workshop located in the middle of the production area. Also in the middle of the east-side of the factory.  The production area of the factory covers 21090㎡.
The supplementary are covers 3140㎡.  Where the Artemisinin workshop covers 1300㎡. The total area is 6000㎡. The annual output of the Artemisinin is 40MT.  The workshop have set 12 sets of multi-purpose extraction tank, 18 chromatography columns, 10 sets of vacuum condensers,
4 crude product crystallizing tank, 1 low temperate vacuum drying oven, 1 dissolve can, 6 vacuum condensers and other equipments. 
The clean area covers 315㎡, designed strictly as the requirement of the GMP.  Process layout is reasonable.  The stream of the people and logistics are separated, different work in different jobs.
